The Verified School Profile
International and bilingual schools in Shanghai can claim a Verified profile on the Shanghai Directory — a dedicated, editorially maintained presence in the Education directory alongside the city's most searched schools. With private schools holding roughly 65% of the international education market in China, a verified profile helps you stand out to the parents who are actively comparing curricula and fees.
What's included
- A verified badge distinguishing your school from user-submitted entries.
- Open-day and admissions-event listings surfaced to parents searching the directory.
- Fee transparency fields (tuition ranges, application fees) in a standard format — parents compare these side by side.
- An editorial feature — a short, fact-checked profile written by our team.
- A direct link to your school's official website and admissions contact.
How to apply
Schools apply through our editorial team. We verify enrollment authorization and curriculum accreditation before publishing, and revisit profiles annually. There is no cost to claim a basic Verified profile.
Featured placement
Schools can upgrade to a Featured placement for premium positioning at the top of the directory, with a larger card and an open-day calendar widget. Featured placements start at ¥1,500/month and support the directory's free listings.
